Michele is a Multimedia Communication specialist at the Rewilding Academy, blending strategic marketing, digital technologies, and business development to advance nature-based solutions. She excels in building partnerships and networks, designing innovative, people-centered strategies that maximize conservation impact. An experienced public speaker, mentor, and trainer, Michele brings decades of expertise from both European and global markets to her role.

With over 30 years in business development and policy negotiation, Michele has worked across diverse sectors including conservation, agriculture, marine, and land management. In Cameroon, she collaborated with government ministers to implement sustainable practices and strengthen rural capacity through digital technologies. She played a pivotal role in enforcing new hunting bans for critically endangered wildlife, partnering with tribal leaders and law enforcement, and contributed to international efforts against wildlife trafficking through cutting-edge digital methodologies developed with U.K. government agencies.

A passionate conservationist, Michele takes a holistic approach, ensuring environmental and social considerations are central to every initiative. She has served on multiple non-profit boards and contributed to a scientific team that developed a pioneering valuation system for nature-based carbon services, bridging the biodiversity financing gap. Skilled in negotiation and ethical business practices, Michele continues to advance conservation through strategic innovation, collaboration, and transformative impact.
